架设asterisk server: 用 debian 比 centos 方便

经过这几年经历，发觉使用 32 bits Linux Debian 在架设 asterisk 非常方便，而且不需要为更新头痛。

Centos 是好，但有时更新比较慢 (相对是严谨)
