iptel down again. It seems the down time freqency for iptel is worseninig. It happens almost twice every month recently.

That's why we have to have our own Asterisk server. The failure rate can keep to minimal.

One of the problems I encounter is the internet down/failure. It is even more annoying than server down. If your own server is down, it is more likely your problem and can't use VOIP But internet down == No communication what so ever.

iptel依家用來做backup，不過超過半年無用過了，全部行VPN好穩定，根本5需要iptel

我们这里起码有三个知道怎样用AX400P，最后的架构是2FXS and 2FXO，所以不用担心安装不成功（如果是坏品除外）。

最主要看你想怎樣 configure和應用。

PCI card with 2 or more FXOs may be too much for home environment。不過就All in one，又可以擴展。

如果輕巧D，就用 IP01 配 SPA3000/SPA3102，你可有2條 FXO trunks + 1 FXS，不過要多一條 network cable 同電。

再輕巧，就單一IP01 with 1 FXO，所有 clients用 VOIP connect

另外亦可以用 NAS/ DD-WRT router or VM 裝純 VOIP

基本上，這裏的Ching都有唔同經驗可以分享。

現在我的配件就用 ATOM 電腦起server，配SPA300, remote IP01, VOIP 做 dial in or out。你可以參考我最近出 failover trunk 帖子，然後再決定你嘅選擇。

有時 sales 買返口黎用唔到，得個擺字。

My IP Phone shows that it is "RTP Proxy Error".

舊 A/C 一路用開的, 新 A/C 已經登入過 iptel 的 website 一樣唔得

IPTEL 註冊沒有問題，但今天都要成 399 ms 時間，超過 300 都唔使點諗暢順。

仍是 RTP Proxy Error，但奇怪的是收角色兄 IPTEL 沒有問題。

不知是否今天自己裝緊 IAXMODEM 及 HylaFAX 有影響，一直在裝一些PACKAGES，但應該無關係吧。

Iptel经常都是这样，突然不能工作，过了一天后，一般都能回复正常工作。
