I try the following:
CMPhone is easy to configure.
All you need are the username, password and server ip
I set it at SP2 of the obi110.

I know but what is the corresponding entry in the OBi110 since most of members does not know. If possible, step by step to show how it is configured in your OBi110.

Just enter their server ip in ITSP profile A/B Proxyserver. I also put ip into the outbound proxy.
Username i.e. your 852 phone number into Voice Service SP1/2 SIP Credentials AuthUserName
Password in AuthPassword.
Just as simple as this.
