There is an apps in iphone called skype wifi helping one to find a wifi hotspot that allows skype. It can connect the wifi and bill via your skype account. I try at the Tokyo-Narita airport. Fairly expensive.

Fortunately, later I got a free AP.

經skype wifi 找hotspot 是方便，不過消費高，而且唔找 free wifi hotspot

Perhaps, we need a special app which is in particular for search WiFi available for connection for free.

有時機場的wifi都係收費，不過skype wifi幫我找個hotspot，自動連上，快快手打個電話就算。

出遠程都要報平安。

可以考慮一下買一張幾天或一天無限用之類的sim card，既可以為費用封頂，也可使用當地的operator連線服務，這樣便不致於局限使用Skype WiFi 啦。
