这个帖子罗列出主要的Workshops and Exercises，不用的distribution去体现。

1. Asterisk Engine Only
2. AsteriskNOW-2.0
3. Asterisk Engine + AsteriskGUI

Extensions:

Asterisk Server A: 2xxx
Asterisk Server B: 3xxx
Asterisk Server C: 5xxx

Extension 1xxx reserved for Server Internally use.

但是开始都是先用6001,6002开始
