Do you get any improvement in this area with their explanation?
The description listed did not mention the possibility of involving PIN in real practice. If it does, I'm afraid DTMF recognition may still face challenges.
In fact, SPA3000/SPA3102 has configuration settings available to control the time between digits pressed.
For info, my IVR is similar to the example listed but with the use of PIN and it works very well so far. |
