这个好像是由于codec的问题，2B用 G729a，OBiON用G711，所以有冲突。
在Obi forum 中有人提到：

这是 OBI-Supporter 在forum中的回复，这里讲的是GV用G711U，而OBiON也是G711的。

" To answer your question regarding why bridging HKBN and GV has no audio...
From you previous HKBN call status, you were using G729 with HKBN.
However GV can only do G711U. To make this work, make sure your call to
HKBN is using G711U (you have to force it by disabling G729 and G726 codecs in the
codec profile). If HKBN indeed does not support G7111U codec at all, then there
is not way to bridge it with GV at the moment."

按照obi-supporter的说法，目前，OBi110是无法将G711u和G729a连接（bridge）起来的，所以，GV和 2B没法沟通。
因为OBiON/obiapp_Android 只有G711u（雯雯在另一个帖子提过OBiON），所以，我推想楼主的无法通过OBiON/android接到2B的问题，与GV和2B无法联通属同一问题。

至与 OBiApp_PC 可以桥接2B，也有可能。因为obiapp_PC需要一个softphone软件配合，如果用注册版的eyebeam的话，是支持G729a的，就不存在G711和G729的冲突问题。（而OBiON是没有G729a的）。

我没有iphone和android，所以以上也是根据OBI-Supporter的说明的推想。
可以肯定的是，由于用OBi_App没问题，楼主obi110的设置没有问题。
楼主不妨在obi110中，把2B所用的codec的其他codec关掉，只剩G711u，看看Obi110在obiON下，能否如楼主要求方法使用。

是啊。
我是设想由于ObiON/Android 不支持G729a，所以才无法与2B的G729a桥接。
2B 支持G711u吗？（呵呵，刚刚看过你的link，知道2B也支持G711u）

随便问下，你的eyebeam界面可以显示codec，什么版本？

用过：
cell phone --〉SP1（OBI110）--〉 AA_IVR_option2 --> SP1(or SP2, VG4) call-out
没有问题。
昨天试过用：
Eyebeam+ObiApp_PC --〉SP1（OBI110）--〉 AA_IVR_option2 --> SP1(or SP2, VG4) call-out
也非常好。
然后调试各种codec的组合，都没有出现问题。
