There are two directions:
1. Asterisk => Handhold unit(Skype/Gtalk/Obitalk)
2. Handhold unit => Asterisk
Currently, Obitalk is the best choice. Skype <=> Asterisk(especially skype to asterisk) is hard to fix without Linux box.
