    Yes, I bought one GOIP last year and it works as DID since you just pay connection fee within the same telco in some plans.

Another solution like GSM box+SPA3000/SPA3102 has been discussed, and in fact, the voice quality is better with GSM box according to YHFung C-hing's test.

I am thinking of Huawei E1750 dongle but don't know if it is available in HK.
