1) At DOS prompt, run

    ping internet.sony.tv

    and check if you can really get the IP address 173.230.198.21 for    internet.sony.tv    properly.

2) Then at DOS prompt, run

     tracert  internet.sony.tv   <ENTER>

     to trace and check ..

如果不用openwrt路由器翻墙，而是直接用windows自带的ＰＰＴＰ客户端连接，就完全可以打开　https://internet.sony.tv 。

If you are able to use windows自带的ＰＰＴＰ客户端连接 to open https://internet.sony.tv, I believe there is certain issue in your OpenWRT/PPTP client/router in China instead.

Suggest you trying another kind of VPN router (e.g. DD-WRT) as PPTP client.

I had thoroughly tested many common VPN features (PPTP, OpenVPN static key, OpenVPN cert, client, router etc.) for this DD-WRT version. All are working perfectly.

Recommended for broadcom chipset based router.
