OBIHAI know the problem now.

I am contacting obihai support and they will upgrade my unit with testing firmware to include a new detection method to match Hong Kong's Caller ID system.

I will post the result here.

Hope they can fix the problem.

Phyical Interface --> Line Port --> Port Setting --> CallerIDDetectMethod

Default setting "FSK(Bell202)"

I got "5" add at the beginning and the last digit was missing.

Phone : 12345678
CallerID shown : 51234567

After I changed the setting
from "FSK(Bell202)" to "FSK(V2.3)"

The "5" digit at the beginning change to "0"
CallerID shown : 01234567

You can find the detected CallerID in the Call History in WEB interface

Status --> Call History

For my case, I always got "5" with FSK(Bell202) and "0" with FSK(v2.3)

I just install OBi110 in HK with phone and phone line connected.

I wish to use OBiON install in my iPhone to call home or other HK number through OBi110.
And forward all incoming calls to my iPhone when I am not in HK.

Just like the case of Mary in OBAHAI site.

OBIHAI support team uploaded a testing firmware to my unit "Software 1.20 (Build 2085)"
(All they need is just the OBi Number of my unit and my OBiTalk account name, then they can push the new software to my unit)

Result :
The OBi110 can now detect correct CallerID from the line but fail to show it on the phone.

Latest News.

With the testing firmware, OBIHAI fixed the CallerID detection problem in Hong Kong.

My phone unit can display correct CallerID now.

Hope they will release it to public soon.

I don't have a copy of the testing firmware cause it is OBIHAI support "push" the firmware to my unit.
