I have tried creating a rescue usb-stick using Grub4DOS to put Acronis True Image as per your introduced method.  It works like a charm.

For everybody's information, we can also create similar USB-Stick for many other Linux variants with the following.  I've also did it b4 and succeeded.   Take your time.

Yup.  If we just want to learn different variants of Linux, we don't need to buy too many flash sticks any more.  A high speed with great capacity stick, such as 16GB, can surely accommodate all these variants inclusing OS, Resure, Application Softwares.  The latest relaease I've just found is that we can even install Windows OS in this Multiple Boot Pen Drive.  The installation is quite straight, just a piece of cake.
