VOIP 問題

Hi 各位, 我是新手, 有些問題請教各位,

之前我已setup 好IP01 server 用Dyndns 同no-ip domain有一段時間 . 我細佬在星加坡, 開頭用3000A接 iptel 無問題 , 但佢用親以上domain 接我個server 就try and timeout. 祗有左AT610 直接打 IP address 就得, 用以上domian 入我個FTP. WEB, IPCam 都OK. 請問是什麽原因呢 ?

1） 你的ATCOM IP-01放在香港吗？
2） 什么叫3000A?
3)   DDNS应该设在router，而不是在IP-01

IP-01 is in Hong kong.
AT610 setup server address 打 DDNS domain try and timeout, IP 就OK

我想起，你的IP-01都要set你的Hostname，还有要做port forwarding（5060,10000-20000）到你的iP-01的IP。

如果IP01 及 AT610 在同一LAN之下，IP01 已用了 abc.com 作為DOMAIN NAME，那 ...

Hi bubblestar,
My case is all internal Lan connections and Wan outside connections was without any problem.  Even the phone connect from Hong Kong, China mainland and USA was no problem using the DDNS domain.  Just in Singapore connection was try and timeout with DDNS domain. If change to real IP address in AT610 connected to IP-01 that's no problem.
