You may try the port forward i.e. iphone set to a port <> 5060 and in your router do port forward to the IP01 5060.

I have no problem here but the draytek router is a new one. Either non standard or 5060 works

You may also try to use other ddns domain to test

have your tried other ddns domain? I recall this is a second post from you on problem in connecting from Singapore.

DNS problem is one. VOIP restriction is another.
Hence you may encounter time out or fail to register.
