从前，我们需要注册一个VOIP提供商，并附加一个美国号码.
For example,
1. register a VOIP provider like discount VOIP.
2. get a US number from IPKall
3. then attached the number to GV
4. Install Android SIP Client to use your VOIP Provider.

现在，还有另一种方式。你可以安装Sipdroid，它允许你拨打和接听 GV 呼叫.
您可以免费 拨打/接收 美国/加拿大 电话号码。

No. I tried this on Android 2.3.x.  

The only catch with Sipdroid is that you have to use http://pbxes.org to tunnel your VOIP calls. The service is free, but the set-up is a bit tricky. You can refer to this link.

在深圳用这服务, 是不能正常工作. 因为中国电信的ADSL 禁止那 SIP 域名。

我用过 Groove IP 和 Sipdroid + pbxes.org.  

个人的看法是:

Groove IP : 很容易设置. 安装 Apps, 输入 Google ID/ 密码. Android机可以直接拨打GV。

Sipdriod + Pbxes : 设置复杂. 但 pbxes 给你 SIP 的 ID/ 密码. 我想 你可以把 ID/密码 放进 Asterisk server 里面.  再改 Asterisk 的 Dialplan.  
所有拨打 美国/加拿大 的 全都 通过GV 免费拨打.  我还没有尝试这样做.

I used IPkall at the beginning as well.  
Groove IP is using GV directly, and not related to your IPKall number.
