HGC 0088對於台灣和英國的手機也是要收費的...

其實我也想看看撥打下列國家的手機號碼怎樣才可免費/最便宜...

I thought you want a gateway for your UK friends to call in. For outgoing call to different countries, HGC0088 iis quite gppd.

Localphone is quite reasonable.

Overall if you want a trunk solution to allow IDD function to different countries from HK, I think you need to consider a single solution so that your dialing habit can be simplified, your need to configure can be reduced.
