Need to end dialing with # when dialing out with spa3102

Just switch to spa3102 for connect to nwt net talk services, one issue I found is if I dial a hk no.. I need to key # at the end in order for it to dial out, is there something I should set on the dialing plan or some other setting? Appreciate advise. Thx

yes it works after I amend the default dial plan to include one from  [2-9]xxxxxx to [2-9]xxxxxxx , the only strange part is the waiting connect tone (after dial the 8 digit phone no) is changed somewhat (not the normal one we hear for pending recipient pick up..)

Thanks, if I want to achieve scenario of taking call from that sip no when I am home or during travel as well as dialing out using that sip no. Does spa3102 can help to achieve that or I need another device ? Thanks
